Artist Statement

To be honest, I started working on this because I was frustrated with censorship and my day-to-day life. What drove me was my determination to "cram in as many tropes commercial publishers won't allow me to put in commerical titles" and to do without that unspoken "Yuri must always be sweet and full of fluffy feels" rule. Also adding to that melancholic feeling of finding a lone flower growing in a run down alley in Chinatown. That's the kinda feeling I was going for.
